We both have lived experience as neurodivergent NDIS participants, with neurodivergent kids!

With a trans guy on staff, and plenty of experience supporting LGBTQIA+ folks, we are confident we can provide a safe, affirming experience for people of all genders and sexualities.
Local Knowledge
We know Melbourne's Outer East like the back of our hand. Our office is located in Croydon, and we serve surrounding suburbs including Kilsyth, Boronia, Bayswater, Ringwood and Lilydale.
Our Services
NDIS Support Coordination
Many NDIS participants and their families find navigating the system very overwhelming. We have experience as NDIS coordinators; and lived experience as NDIS participants and parents of NDIS participants. We can help you to understand your plan, find local providers and gain confidence in your role.
NDIS Consultancy
The NDIS is a complex system that is changing all the time. We have experience providing business and educational consultancy, to help businesses develop their NDIS offerings, and to support educational institutions in become more inclusive of people with disabilities.
About Us
Your Next Steps was started by Cassandra Crabtree (she/her) and Shannon Burton-Rushworth (he/they), two experienced NDIS support coordinators. Along with therapy dog Sarge (she/her), we provide the personalized support we wish we'd received when we were first navigating the NDIS system.
